Ingredients
Method- 600 g Woolworths hearty vegetable soup mix
- 1 T canola oil
- 750 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 T butter
- 2 T pumpkin seeds, toasted
- sage leaves, deep fried
- basil leaves
- 3 T Woolworths roast red pepper pesto
- 60 g Woolworths garlic and herb croutons
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients1. Prepare soup as per packaging instructions.
2. Season and tir butter through while hot.
3. Serve topped with pumpkin seeds, deep-fried sage, basil leaves, red pepper pesto and croutons.
Cook's tip: serve with toasted cheese sandwiches
