Ostrich steak skewers with satay sauce

Slice the onion and place in a small bowl. Add a little salt and pour the balsamic vinegar over the onion. Stir and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Place the horseradish in a separate bowl with the vinegar, salt and caster sugar to taste, and stir to combine. Stir in the cream.
Place all the ingredients on a large platter and let everyone help themselves.
