Method- 1 T minty sugar mixture
- Little crushed ice
- Tot Curacao Blue
- Fresh mint
Method
IngredientsCrush fresh mint and sugar in a pestle and mortar. Spoon 15ml (1T) of the minty sugar mixture into a cocktail glass and top with a little crushed ice.
Add a tot of Curacao Blue and a few slices of lemon. Top with more crushed ice and fill the glass with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
