- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 avocado, skinned and pip removed
- 1/2 red chilli
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Mexicana Pepper & Chilli cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 slices of toasted rye bread

In a processor, blend banana, avocado, chilli and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread on bread and top with sliced Mexicana cheese.
