Ingredients
Method- 200 g paneer
- 6 T Woolworths masala fresh paste
- 150 g tub ghee
- 400 g can coconut milk
- 200 g fresh or frozen peas
- 250 g Woolworths Heat and Eat coconut jasmine rice
- 6 Woolworhts fresh butter rotis
Method
Ingredients1. Slice paneer into cubes, all roughly the same size, in ghee until golden.
2. Add masala paste and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk and peas and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Serve with rice and rotis.
