Ingredients
Method- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 avocados, ripened and halved
- 80 g fresh wild rocket
- 2 green chillies, sliced
- olive oil
Method
Ingredients1 Mix radishes with red wine vinegar, then simmer for 2 minutes.
2 Set aside to cool.
3 Serve with halved avocados, rocket, sliced green chillies and a drizzle of olive oil.
4 Season to taste.
