Ingredients
Method- 50 ml Pink Pigeon Premium Vanilla-Spiced Rum
- 12.5 ml vanilla syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 4 lime wedges
- 25 ml cranberry juice
Method
IngredientsTake the mint, lime wedges and vanilla syrup and place into a sturdy glass, pressing gently with a muddle stick to release flavours and juice.
Then add the Pink Pigeon Premium Vanilla Spiced Rum with half a glass of crushed ice and stir.
Once all flavours are mixed well top the glass up with crushed ice and finish off with fresh cranberry juice.
