Method- 1 l Woolworths organic vegetable stock
- 200 g prawns
- 200 g pasta rice, cooked al dente
- Tenderstem broccoli
Method
Ingredients1. Heat 1 litre Woolworths organic vegetable stock in a saucepan.
2. Add 200 g cleaned prawns and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Serve with 200 g al dente pasta rice and blanched Tenderstem broccoli.
