- 2 artichokes 2, chokes removed
- 1 lemon 1, cut into wedges For the wafu dressing, mix:
- ½ cup soya sauce
- 1 x 5 cm ginger piece, finely grated
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
Method
Ingredients
Remove the tough outer leaves of the artichokes. Thinly slice the artichokes, removing the bitter, inedible choke using a teaspoon. Squeeze over the lemon juice, then toss with the dressing.
