Ingredients

Method
  • 20 Woolworths Medjool dates, pitted 
  • 100 g Gorgonzola, cut into small cubes 
  • 160 g Woolworths South African feta-and-herb dip 
  • 10 slices salami, cut into small coins  
  • 2 T honey, for drizzling 

1. Gently open each date and stuff with a cube of Gorgonzola or a spoonful of the feta-and- herb dip.
2. Top each filled date with a sprinkle of salami coins.
3. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle lightly with honey. Serve immediately.

Cook’s note: For extra crunch, tuck in a toasted walnut or almond before sealing with the salami.
