Salmon tacos

These are the easiest tacos you'll ever make. Add Woolworths' avocado, feta, cucumber and leaf salad to toasted mini flour wraps and top with poached salmon. Enjoy for lunch, or set up a taco station for a takeaway-style dinner the whole family will love.

  • 4 Woolworths white flour wraps, toasted
  • 280 g Woolworths avocado, South African feta, cucumber & leaf salad
  • 180 g Woolworths poached salmon with soy, ginger & lime
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 T fresh basil pesto mayonnaise
  • olive oil, for serving

Method

Ingredients

1. Toast wraps in a pan over medium heat.

2. Build your wraps with; avocado, South African feta, cucumber and leaf salad, poached salmon, sliced spring onion, basil pesto mayo and a drizzle of olive oil.
