Sparkling melon gin fizz


You just need three ingredients to make this refreshing cocktail. Not only is it festive, its perfect for the summer heat.

- 1 melon, chilled
- 8 tots gin
- 3 cups Prosecco, chilled

1. Using a melon baller, scoop out the melon or cut into cubes and freeze.
2. Divide the melon between 8 glasses. Top up with the gin and Prosecco.
Cook's note: These cocktails can also be nonalcoholic – just use alcohol-free gin and sparkling wine. You can use either winter melon or spanspek.”
