Sticky miso chicken wings

25 minutesMiso Tasty's Rich & Spicy Miso Glaze is all that’s needed to take sticky chicken wings to the next level! It adds a hint of smoky chilli and delicious BBQ flavour. Serve with a quick-to-make coriander amasi to bring down the heat.

- 8 Woolworths free range chicken wings
- 2 T Miso Tasty Rich and Spicy Miso Glaze
- 2 T soy sauce
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 jalapeño, sliced to garnish
- spring onion, to garnish
- 1 T sesame seeds, toasted, to garnish For the coriander amasi, blend:
- 5 g fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 ml Woolworths full cream maas
- salt, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients, except the chicken wings, in a bowl. Toss the wings through the miso marinade until well coated.
2. Make the amasi cooling dressing by blending all the ingredients.
3. Preheat the air-fryer to 200ºC. Cook the wings for 25 minutes, turning halfway. Turn the heat up to 230ºC and cook for a further 5 minutes until golden.
4. Drizzle the amasi over the wings and add the sliced jalapeno and sesame seeds before serving.
