Method- 700 g strawberries
- 4/5 cup dry sparkling wine
- 150 g castor sugar
- 2/5 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon gin
- 4 mint leaves
- 20 green peppercorns
Method
IngredientsLiquidise strawberries with sparkling wine. Add castor sugar. Whip cream till soft peaks form, then add the gin. Pour soup into soup bowls. Swirl in the cream and top with the mint and peppercorns.
