Ingredients
Method- 1 sweet melon, sliced in half and pips removed
- 4 slices Parma ham or Prosciutto
- 1 handful of well-rinsed wild rocket
- Parmesan
Method
IngredientsUse a spoon and scoop the flesh out of the melon halves, keep on the side.
Place melon pieces, rocket and Parma ham or Prosciutto back into halves and top with shavings of Parmesan.
