  • ½ cup tangy mayonnaise 
  • 1 t smoked chilli seasoning (optional) 
  • 1 salad tomato, finely chopped 
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped 
  • ¼ English cucumber, finely chopped 
  • ¼ avocado, finely chopped 
  • ¼ x 90 g punnet coriander, chopped  
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 6 smoked chicken viennas
  • 6 white hot dog rolls  
  • 1 T oil 
  • 60 g iceberg lettuce, shredded  
  • 225 g cabbage, shredded  

Method

Ingredients

1. Mix the mayonnaise and smoked chilli seasoning.
2. Combine the tomato, onion, cucumber, avocado, coriander and the lemon juice.
3. Heat the viennas according to package instructions. Halve and toast the hot dog rolls.
4. To assemble, spread the rolls generously with the spicy mayo. Stuff with the lettuce and cabbage, then add the viennas and top with the tomato mixture. Drizzle over extra mayo to serve.
