  • 1 shot tequila
  • 1 shot honey liqueur
  • ½ cup crea,
  • ½ cup grapefruit juice
  • Lemon grass

Method

Ingredients

Pour tequila and honey liqueur each into high-ball glasses.

Blend ice with cream, grapefruit juice and a little grated lemon grass.

Pour over the spirits and serve garnished with lemon-grass stalks and sprigs of blossom.
