Umami margarita

5 minutes We all love a margarita, whether served on the rocks, spiced or extra salty, and this one is bound to be a crowd pleaser. The smoky notes of the mezcal blend beautifully with the hot honey and the bright grapefruit, but feel free to play around with the flavours and create fun twists of your own.
Ingredients
Method
- 20 ml Woolworths honey infused with ghost chilli
- 20 ml Woolworths ghost chilli seasoning
- 25 ml Los Danzantes mezcal
- 25 ml Espolon Reposado tequila
- 25 ml 100% Woolworths freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit Juice
- 25 ml lime juice
- 25 ml honey
- ice, for shaking
- lime wedge or blood orange, to garnish
Method
Ingredients
1. Dip half of the rim of a tumbler glass into the honey, then into the chilli seasoning.
2. Place the remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Add ice cubes to the glass, then strain your cocktail into the glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of blood orange for a pop of colour.
