Wine/Spirit Pairing
WW Brut Sparkling Wine
Ingredients

- 4 strands of liquorice twists
- Half a cup of water
- 1 tub of Woolworths thick & fruity vanilla yoghurt
- Fresh Red Globe grapes
Method

In a double boiler, slowly melt the liquorice and water to a thick consistency. Add more water if necessary.
Whisk to a smooth paste, remove and cool down. Spoon half a glass of vanilla yoghurt and top with liquorice.
Serve with grapes on the side.
