  • 1 slice Woolworths seeded oat-and-quinoa stoneground bread, Toasted
  • Beetroot hummus, to serve
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 radish, thinly sliced
  • olive oil, to serve
  • Woolworths mustard-and-cumin dukkah spice, to serve

1. Smear toasted bread with beetroot hummus
2. Top with sliced avo
3. Top with thinly sliced radish and crimson micro herbs
4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with mustard-and-cumin dukkah spice
