Ingredients
Method- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
- 60 g rolled oats
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- a pinch of Maldon salt
- 1 T Woolworths coconut sugar
- coconut flakes, toasted for serving
- 1 ClemenGold®️ mandarin, peeled and roughly chopped
Method
Ingredients1. Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan. Add the oats and vanilla pod. Simmer for 5 minutes and turn off heat.
2. Divide into 2 bowls and top with the coconut sugar, toasted coconut flakes and fresh ClemenGold®️.
