Vegan oats with fresh ClemenGold®️ and coconut

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 60 g rolled oats
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • a pinch of Maldon salt
  • 1 T Woolworths coconut sugar
  • coconut flakes, toasted for serving
  • 1 ClemenGold®️ mandarin, peeled and roughly chopped

1. Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan. Add the oats and vanilla pod. Simmer for 5 minutes and turn off heat.

2. Divide into 2 bowls and top with the coconut sugar, toasted coconut flakes and fresh ClemenGold®️.
