Vietnamese egg coffee

Take a back seat, dalgona. Now-trending ca phe trung – Vietnamese egg coffee – combines two breakfast staples into one rich, frothy tiramisu-esque drink.
Ingredients
Method
- 1 T coffee
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 free-range egg yolks
- 3 T condensed milk
Method
Ingredients
1. Brew dark-roasted coffee with 3 cups boiling water (bonus points for using Vietnamese coffee and a traditional phin pour-over filter!).
2. Using an electric beater, beat free-range egg yolks and condensed milk for about 4 minutes until thick and fluffy. Spoon the egg foam over the coffee, stir and sip.
