Each campus is offering a bursary for either the professional chef or professional patisserie course. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring chefs and pâtissiers to kickstart their careers and gain the necessary skills to become world-class professionals.
The steps to enter the competition are straightforward:
1. Make a video of your creative dish, including your name, dish inspiration, high school (if applicable), and what winning the competition would mean to you.
2. Post your video and recipe on the social media platform of your choice, tag Capsicum Culinary Studio and use the hashtag #ChefTalentScout2023. Alternatively, you can submit your entry via the Chef Talent Scout page on Capsicum's website.
