3 ways with pickled fish
For all your Easter and April snacking needs – or those times when you need a quick, light meal – you can’t go wrong with Woolies’ range of pickled fish.

Made according to traditional recipes using sustainably sourced fish, the pickled hake and yellowtail varieties can be enjoyed hot or cold. Choose between battered yellowtail or hake fillets in a mild curry sauce; or try the sweet-and-sour battered hake fillets in a tangy sauce. Serve it on your choice of bread or cracker, garnish with sliced cucumber or microherbs and dig in!
Serving suggestions
1. Serve pickled hake fillets on toasted, buttered brioche and finish with slivers of red onion.
2. Serve the yellowtail on toasted slices of rustica bread or ciabatta with fresh rocket, thinly sliced cucumber and finish with cracked black pepper and the sauce from the pack.
