Made according to traditional recipes using sustainably sourced fish, the pickled hake and yellowtail varieties can be enjoyed hot or cold. Choose between battered yellowtail or hake fillets in a mild curry sauce; or try the sweet-and-sour battered hake fillets in a tangy sauce. Serve it on your choice of bread or cracker, garnish with sliced cucumber or microherbs and dig in!
1. Serve pickled hake fillets on toasted, buttered brioche and finish with slivers of red onion.
2. Serve the yellowtail on toasted slices of rustica bread or ciabatta with fresh rocket, thinly sliced cucumber and finish with cracked black pepper and the sauce from the pack.
3. Enjoy the sweet-and-sour hake as a light meal with jasmine rice, sugar snap peas, baby corn and pineapple.
