Air-fryer roast beef with herbs

A perfectly roast beef in just 25 minutes is possible thanks to the air fryer. Make this for your next Sunday roast or as an option for a small sitdown lunch at Christmas.
Ingredients
Method- 500 g rolled shoulder of beef
- 50 g butter, melted
- 20 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
- 2 t thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 10 ratte potatoes
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
2. Stir the thyme leaves, parsley and garlic into the melted butter in a bowl. Wash the potatoes.
3. Brush the beef and potatoes with the herb and garlic mixture.
4. Arrange the beef and potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
