- 4 Woolworths Everyday potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 T butter
- 1 cup cream
- 340 g mozzarella, grated
- 340 g Gruyère, grated
- 1 t salt
- black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan of cold water, bring them to a boil and cook until soft. Drain and pass through a potato ricer.
2. Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and cook over a low heat until all the cheeses have melted and a creamy mash is formed. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve piping hot
