Chicken Caeser chop sandwich



This Chicken Caesar Chop Sandwich is a fresh and flavourful twist on the classic Caesar salad. Packed with tender chicken, crisp Romaine lettuce, tangy anchovies, and creamy mayo, all chopped together and served on a crusty ciabatta. Quick, easy, and perfect for a satisfying meal!
Ingredients
Method
- 300 g Woolworths sliced butter basted chicken breast
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 10 anchovy fillets
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated, optional
- 1 handful Parmesan cheese, finely grated, plus extra to garnish
- 4 T good-quality mayonnaise, plus extra for spreading
- 1 loaf Woolworths ciabatta
Method
Ingredients
1. Place all the ingredients, except for the ciabatta, on a chopping board. Using a large chef’s knife, chop into bite-sized pieces.
2. Slice the ciabatta in half lengthways and spread mayonnaise on one side. Pile on the chopped Caesar filling and top with extra Parmesan.
3. To serve, slice the ciabatta into four chunky sandwiches.
Cook’s tip: Add in crispy bacon or celery for some added crunch and flavour.
