Take classic eggs Benny up a notch, starring the ultimate beef burger patty! These Wagyu beef patties are rich and buttery and will keep you full for hours to come – perfect for breakfast ahead of a long day.

Ingredients

Method
  • 680 g Woolworths Wagyu burgers
  • a handful baby spinach 
  • 4 English muffins, halved and toasted 
  • Woolworths chakalaka, for serving 
  • 4 free-range eggs, soft-poached 
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Heat a pan until hot, then fry the Wagyu patties on both sides until cooked through.

2. Sauté the baby spinach. Top the English muffins with the spinach, chakalaka, a Wagyu patty and a soft poached egg.
