- 680 g Woolworths Wagyu burgers
- a handful baby spinach
- 4 English muffins, halved and toasted
- Woolworths chakalaka, for serving
- 4 free-range eggs, soft-poached
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. Heat a pan until hot, then fry the Wagyu patties on both sides until cooked through.
2. Sauté the baby spinach. Top the English muffins with the spinach, chakalaka, a Wagyu patty and a soft poached egg.
