Ingredients

  • 8 Woolworths Wagyu beef bangers 
  • 1 t oil 
  • 200 g vine tomatoes, roasted
  • 410 g Woolworths baked beans 
  • 4 large brown mushrooms, grilled 
  • 125 ml basil pesto 
  • 4 extra-large free-range eggs, fried 
  • buttered ciabatta toast, for serving 

1. Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the bangers until browned and cooked through.

2. Serve with a full English breakfast consisting of roasted baby tomatoes, Woolworths baked beans, grilled brown mushrooms topped with pesto, a soft fried egg and buttered ciabatta toast.
