Ingredients

Method
  • 2 Woolworths dulce sweet onions, chopped 
  • 100 g Woolworths Rosa™️ tomatoes, halved  
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, leaves picked and roughly chopped 
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced 
  • 2 T desiccated coconut
  • sea salt, to taste  
  • Woolworths plain poppadoms, microwaved according to package instructions, for serving (optional)  

1. Mix all the ingredients, except the salt and poppadoms.

2. Season to taste.

3. Serve as is with crisp poppadoms or with your favourite curry.
