Air-fried harissa chicken skewers

20 minutes These harissa chicken skewers are delicious and so easy to make! Simply sprinkle chicken cubes with Woolworths’ harissa blend, then pop into the air-fryer for 20 minutes. Serve with chargrilled pita bread and Woolworths; sour cream dip.

- 2 T Woolworths harissa blend
- 3 t olive oil
- 4 free-range skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 4 cubes
- 6 fresh bay leaves
- 2 red onions, quartered
- Woolworths pickled red onion petals, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1 Mix the harissa and olive oil, then toss the chicken in the miture, ensuring it’s well coated. Thread the chicken, bay leaves and onions onto wooden kebab sticks.
2 Place in a lined air-fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
3 Serve with the pickled onions.
