Herby chorizo pickle

Ingredients
Method
- 2 x 100 g packs Woolworths chorizo coins
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 2 bird’s-eye chillies, sliced
- 10 g Italian parsley
- 5 g dill
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- ½ cup sherry vinegar
- 1 T brown sugar
Method
Ingredients
Combine all the ingredients and place in a 200 ml glass jar. Take along on picnics and enjoy with cheese. Eat within two weeks
