Ingredients
Method- 500 g free-range lean beef mince
- 500 g free-range regular beef mince
- ground cloves a pinch
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 free-range egg
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, finely grated
Method
Ingredients- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all the ingredients, then shape into small balls and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Cook’s note: If you like, roll into 3 cm balls and fry in batches until golden brown. Finish in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
