Ingredients
Method
- A handful fresh watercress
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and stoned
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 80 g bacon, sliced and fried For the dressing, mix:
- 4 T horseradish sauce
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 2 T white-wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Method
Ingredients
Arrange the watercress on a serving platter, top with avocado halves and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Scatter over the fried bacon pieces, then dress and serve.
