Cook's note: Tikka-flavoured lamb mince is available from selected Woolworths stores. If you can't find it, simply season your mince with ready-made tikka masala paste or spice mix. Tikka is a hot Indian spice mix consisting of spices which normally include red pepper flakes, cumin seeds, ground coriander seeds and turmeric.
