I was given a bottle of Minced Coriander which I find quite awful as it is very vinegarey. Please help with suggestions as to what I can use this for or in.
Pesto or chimichurri all the way!
Combine the parsley, basil, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper in a blender. Process, shaking the blender if needed, until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add some roasted pine nuts and parmesan cheese to turn the chimichurri into a pesto.

You can add it to your curry for additional flavour or as part of a pasta sauce. Coriander works really well with limes and avo so the minced one would do well in a salad dressing or as a dressing on tacos….yum!

Use a teaspoon full in your curries.
Mix a little bit in cream cheese and enjoy with WW naan bread
