Mix 100 g feta, 1 T chopped parsley, 1 T chopped thyme, 1 T chopped rosemary, 4 chopped garlic cloves, the zest and juice of 1 lemon and season.
Loosen the skin from a chicken's breast, then spread the stuffing under the skin.
Roast for 1½ hours at 180°C, or until cooked through.
