Herby green butter

• 250 g butter
• 20–30 g a mix of soft herbs (parsley, basil, chives)
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• Salt, to taste

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
