Ingredients

Method
  • 6 Woolworths wraps
  • 6 slices pastrami
  • 1 cup mature Gouda, grated
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • 5 g coriander, finely chopped
  • 3 T mango atchar
  • 200 g baby spinach
  • Woolworths sriracha mayo, for serving

Method

Ingredients

1. Place the wraps on a chopping board. Gently fold the wraps in from top to bottom (take care not to tear them), then slice along the fold to the centre point of the wrap.

2. Place the ingredients into the separate quadrants on each wrap. Start with the pastrami, then add the cheese, a mix of onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander. Place the atchar in the last quadrant.

3. Fold up the wrap into quarters and air-fry at 200°C for 4–6 minutes. Serve with the sriracha mayo.
