Ingredients
Method- 10 free-range eggs
- 2 T butter
- 5 whole anchovies
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the eggs until fluffy.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add the egg mixture and cook until you can see the edges setting (do not stir).
3. Once the edges of the egg start to caramelise, lay the anchovies on top of the eggs and finish off in the oven.
