Method- 1⁄4 cup soya sauce
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
- 2 T canola oil
- 8 pieces free-range chicken
- spring onion, thinly sliced
- fresh coriander
- chopped chillies
Method
Ingredients1 Mix soya sauce, brown sugar, juiced lemon and canola oil.
2 Place chicken pieces in a tray, pour over the marinade and roast for 40 minutes at 180°C, basting occasionally.
3 Scatter with thinly sliced spring onion, fresh coriander and chopped chillies.
