Bacon and egg burgers
We love the versatility of bacon. From epic weekend brunches to dreamy salads, bacon just makes everything taste amazing! Woolworths’ streaky bacon is made using a recipe that doesn’t contain any added nitrites. It’s still the same wood-smoked bacon you love without compromising on flavour, texture or colour.
Ingredients
Method- 250 g Woolworths made without added nitrites wood smoked streaky bacon
- 4 Woolworths our ultimate burger buns
- Woolworths PEPPADEW piquanté pepper chutney, for serving
- 4 free-range eggs, fried sunny side up
- ½ x 250 g pack Made Without Added Nitrites Wood Smoked Diced Bacon
Method
Ingredients1. Arrange bacon on a tray and bake in the oven until cooked to your liking. Drain on kitchen paper.
2. Serve sandwiched in toasted sesame buns with Woolworths’ Peppadew relish and crispy fried eggs with a sprinkle of crispy bacon bits
