Method- ½ cup polenta
- 100 g goat\'s cheese
- rocket, to garnish
- olive oil and vinegar, to dress
Method
IngredientsPreheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare polenta according to package instructions, spoon into a greased baking tray and crumble over goat's cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove and cut into long fingers and season to taste.
Serve hot with olive oil-and-balsamic vinegar-dressed rocket.
