Baked ricotta with cherry tomatoes and parma ham

- 1-2 rounds fresh ricotta
- Parma ham
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Olive oil For serving
- Warm flatbread, on a bed of leafy salad or with fresh pasta
Method
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wrap ricotta in a few slices of Parma ham, then transfer to a baking tray and top with a handful of halved cherry tomatoes.
Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is light and fluffy with a crisp, golden Parma ham jacket.
Serve warm with flatbread, on a bed of leafy salad or with fresh pasta.
