Ingredients

  • 4 meringues
  • 100 g crème fraïche
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds

Crush the meringues into individual bowls and top with a dollop of crème fraïche and sprinkle with the berries and pomegranate seeds.

Cook's note: meringues are readily available from Woolworths stores, but if you have the time try making meringues at home.
