Ingredients
Method- 4 cups plain yoghurt
- 2 ripe mangoes, cubed
- 3 nectarine, finely cubed
Method
IngredientsSpoon 2 cups of the yoghurt into an ice tray and freeze until set. Add the remaining yoghurt and the mango to a blender and pulse until combined.
Pour into glasses, then add the nectarine pieces and finish off with a few yoghurt ice cubes. Enjoy chilled
TASTE’s take:
Make a few ice trays filled with different flavours of yoghurt so that you always have them handy to pop into yoghurt sips.
