Ingredients

Method
  • 4 cups plain yoghurt
  • 2 ripe mangoes, cubed
  • 3 nectarine, finely cubed

Spoon 2 cups of the yoghurt into an ice tray and freeze until set. Add the remaining yoghurt and the mango to a blender and pulse until combined.

Pour into glasses, then add the nectarine pieces and finish off with a few yoghurt ice cubes. Enjoy chilled

 

TASTE’s take:

Make a few ice trays filled with different flavours of yoghurt so that you always have them handy to pop into yoghurt sips.
