Ingredients
Method- 6 – 8 T Kikkoman soya sauce
- 3 – 4 T sugar
- 2 – 3 cloves garlic
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 T sesame oil
- ½ green apple, cored and roughly chopped
- ¼ onion, roughly chopped
- 2 spring onions, roughly chopped
Method
IngredientsBlend all the ingredients in a food processor and freeze until ready to use. Use as a marinade for beef, tofu or mushrooms.
